Prior to establishing cma, Carmen excelled as an office manager in the investment banking and legal sectors in the City (London) for over 11 years. Within three months of redundancy, Carmen had taken the plunge and created her own business.
She has since devoted much of her career to expanding her professional development as a business and life coach, studying and then becoming a respected Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) master practitioner.
